The Avamere Family of Companies Welcomes New Community in Arizona

WILSONVILLE, OR–The Avamere Family of Companies, a leading senior living and healthcare company, is pleased to welcome an assisted living and memory care community in Phoenix, AZ, as of May 1. Previously named The Stratford, the community will now be called Avamere at The Stratford.

Avamere at The Stratford is one of 18 other community-based care buildings that have joined the Avamere Family of Companies in the last year. This is Avamere’s first community in Arizona, aligning with their strategic growth priority to expand to key markets.

Avamere at The Stratford offers 24-hour staff for resident safety, visits from experienced geriatric healthcare providers, and several on-site health services, including occupational, physical, and speech therapy.

Avamere at The Stratford accommodates 164 residents who can enjoy their own movie theater, fitness center, billiards room, beauty/barber shop, libraries, and so much more. The covered porch overlooking a water fountain offers nice scenery as residents visit with friends and family.
