The Kenwood by Senior Star Announces Two New Key Hires

CINCINNATIThe Kenwood by Senior Star, Cincinnati’s premier retirement community, recently announced the addition of Erin Lawry and Abe Quintero to their already exceptional staff. Lawry now serves as the coordinator of community relations and Quintero as the administrator of health services.

At the Kenwood, Lawry’s primary responsibility is to foster community, in every sense of the word. Her role is to nurture the community within the facility’s walls and to serve as a point of contact for the local community. She also spearheads The Kenwood’s marketing efforts. Quintero’s role is to oversee the hospitality services and delivery of The Kenwood’s five-star amenities and programs, with a focus on the operations and quality of the community’s Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Programs.

“Erin and Abe bring a wealth of knowledge and talent to the Kenwood, and we’re excited to welcome them both to the Kenwood team,” said Steve Slayton, executive director of The Kenwood. “I am confident they will live up to The Kenwood’s strong reputation in the Cincinnati area, and we’re excited to see the positive impact they have on our community.”

Lawry joins from Crossroads Hospice as a representative of provider relations. Prior to her role at Crossroads Hospice, she served as a program manager for UC Health’s mobile mammography service. Quintero comes to the Kenwood from Pristine Senior Living, where he served in an administrative role. Prior to his role at Pristine Senior Living, he served as an administrator at HCR ManorCare.
