The Springs at Anna Maria Brings Hill Aboard as Executive Director

MEDFORD, OR — Teresa Hill has been appointed executive director of The Springs at Anna Maria, an independent-living and assisted-living community in this city 30 miles north of the Oregon/California border. Hill is responsible for all aspects of community operations, including ensuring quality service to residents, maintaining financial and regulatory compliance, and recruiting and retaining employees.

Hill brings nearly a decade of senior living experience to the role, having served most recently as community manager at Marian Estates Independent Living in Sublimity, Oregon, and Holiday Rogue Valley in Grants Pass, Oregon. She also has more than 15 years in the real estate industry.

The Springs Living owns and operates 19 senior living communities in Oregon and Montana, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. The company’s first community in Washington is under development at The Vancouver Waterfront and is scheduled to open in 2024. The Springs Living was recognized in 2022 for the third consecutive year on Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Aging Services list.
