The Springs Living Welcomes Pacillas as Chief People Officer

Rebeccapacillas 0895McMINNVILLE, OR — Rebecca Pacillas has joined The Springs Living as its new chief people officer, according to a press release. Reporting to the president, Pacillas leads all aspects of the company’s people strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, retention, training, leadership development, and human resources.

Pacillas brings more than two decades of experience in human resources leadership, most recently serving as chief people officer at American Advisors Group, where she was instrumental in scaling the organization’s workforce and enhancing employee engagement and retention across the board.

“Rebecca is a visionary leader with a proven track record of aligning workforce strategies with business goals while fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures,” said President Brenda Connelly. “Her experience strengthens our executive team and positions us for continued growth without losing focus on building quality environments where employees feel connected, purposeful, and valued.”

Pacillas has received The National Human Resources Association’s HR Executive of the Month award and has been an active member of Chief LA, SHRM, and the CEO Leadership Alliance of Orange County, California.

Based in this city about an hour southwest of Portland, The Springs Living — independent living, assisted living, and memory care — has been serving older adults since 1996. The company has 20 communities in Oregon, Montana, and Washington.
