Tradition Senior Living Announces Opening of The Tradition-Clearfork

FORT WORTH, TX — Tradition Senior Living, LP, owner, developer, and operator of luxury senior living communities in Texas, has announced the opening of The Tradition-Clearfork in this city 30 miles west of Dallas. A rental community with no large buy-in fee, the nine-story independent-living community is located on approximately six acres along the Trinity River. Five-story assisted-living and memory-care communities are adjacent.
Situated in the heart of Fort Worth and overlooking the Trinity River, the Tradition-Clearfork is part of the Clearfork mixed-use development, which includes the upscale Shops at Clearfork, restaurants from American to international cuisine, and Texas Health Clearfork. The new community provides a continuum of care, including 202 independent-living residences and 95 assisted-living/memory-care residences.

The Tradition-Clearfork provides resort-style living with services and amenities for which The Tradition has been known: 24-hour concierge; lounges and card rooms; restaurant-style dining in multiple venues serving New American cuisine with global influences and select wines and spirits; a movie theater; a secure parking garage with controlled access; some of the area’s largest one- and two-bedroom apartment homes; guest suites; fitness/wellness programs, including an indoor pool, a weight room, a Pilates room, classes taught by in-house certified fitness instructors, and a physical therapy center; a dog park; and transportation. An extremely important feature is the natural gas generator that provides an electrical backup system for the entire community.
The Tradition-Clearfork’s common areas retain the classic themes previously established by The Tradition: English antiques in airy rooms. Much of the antiques, art, and furniture for the common areas were purchased for The Tradition-Clearfork in England by an internationally acclaimed design team.
