Travanse Living at Wheaton Announces Partnership with Legacy Healthcare

WHEATON, IL–Travanse Living at Wheaton, an Integral Senior Living community, has announced a partnership with Legacy Healthcare to provide on-site therapy services at its premier community.

“We’re thrilled to be able to offer such a vast array of clinical programs to our residents here at Travanse Living at Wheaton,” Kathy Fezzuoglio, director of Sales and Marketing of Travanse Living at Wheaton. “Legacy Healthcare’s professionals will provide the highest level of care and assistance for our assisted living and memory care residents. We’re looking forward to the effect of this partnership on our community.”

Legacy Healthcare will provide programs including memory care, pain management, falls prevention and dysphagia management services, among several others. It will work with the assisted living residents, as well as identifying and treating the needs of those residents needing memory care services.

Legacy Healthcare, one of the largest therapist-owned and -operated contract rehabilitation companies in the United States, will be officially on-site February 6, 2019.

Travanse Living at Wheaton is located just west of Chicago at 219 East Parkway Drive.
