Tuscan Gardens® of Palm Coast Introduces its Leadership Team

PALM COAST, FL–Freshly opened senior living community Tuscan Gardens^® of Palm Coast has announced the leadership team that will ensure residents receive expert assistance, support and encouragement.

Jennifer Rogers, RN, has been named the community’s Health and Wellness Director. Ms. Rogers is an experienced care manager and adept at building skilled, compassionate teams of caregivers for both independent and assisted living communities.

April Weems has been appointed Tuscan Gardens’ Community Relations Director. She brings extensive experience serving in event planning and marketing roles for leading not-for-profit organizations such as Susan G. Komen^®, Partners in Education and, most recently, Meals on Wheels, which is where her passion for serving seniors was ignited.

Tuscan Gardens^® of Palm Coast began accepting residents in December and will host a grand opening celebration February 21, 2019.
