The Village at Rockville Announces Kyle Hreben as Executive Director

ROCKVILLE, MD–The Village at Rockville is pleased to welcome Kyle Hreben as executive director to its leadership team. Hreben will oversee day-to-day operations while continuing to support the needs of seniors.

“We are thrilled to have Kyle join our team at The Village at Rockville,” National Lutheran Communities & Services’ COO Cyndi Walters said. “Kyle brings multiple years of experience within the senior living industry and I know with his expertise and dedication he will be a great asset to our organization.”

Committed to achieving results, Hreben brings over nine years of leadership experience in the senior living industry. Most recently, he served as administrator of housing, overseeing housing operations at Charles E. Smith Life Communities, in Rockville, Md. Prior to that, he held the position of administrator at multiple senior living organizations. He was responsible for developing marketing and business plans, implementing various programs, as well as coordinating strategic preferred partnerships with major hospital networks.

Hreben is a licensed nursing home administrator in the state of Maryland, as well as certified assisted living manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication management from the University of Dayton and is on track to graduate with a master’s in business administration in the spring of 2019.
