Blakeford Senior Life Introduces Emerald Circle to Engage IL Waitlist Members

NASHVILLE, TN — Blakeford Senior Life, a nonprofit provider of senior lifestyle solutions based in Music City, has launched Emerald Circle, a program designed to keep waitlist members engaged and supported long before move-in day.
According to a press release, Emerald Circle works in tandem with LiveWell by Blakeford, the community’s membership program for healthy, independent adults aged 60 and older looking to age successfully at home. While LiveWell supports members who plan to age in place, Emerald Circle offers future residents on the independent living waitlist opportunities to stay connected to the Blakeford community, helping ensure a seamless transition once a unit becomes available.
“As the senior living industry navigates longer waitlists and construction delays, we remain committed to finding innovative ways to meet the needs of a growing senior population,” said Carolyn Picton, director of sales and marketing. “Emerald Circle extends Blakeford’s exceptional amenities and personalized support to future residents waiting to move into our on-campus community. This offers peace of mind and connection well before move-in.”
Through Emerald Circle, members have access to a weekly calendar of on-campus wellness programming, including group fitness classes, art and book clubs, new dining venues, and Blakeford’s state-of-the-art fitness and aquatics center. The program also provides access to professional care coordinators who can arrange transportation and accompany members to medical appointments, source in-home care, and serve as personal health advocates.
Emerald Circle memberships are available for $125 per person, per month, with 75 percent of a one-time membership fee credited to the Blakeford at Green Hills entrance fee when it’s time to move in.
