United Church Homes’ Farrell Appointed to LeadingAge Ohio Board

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Laura Farrell, vice president of healthcare operations at United Church Homes, has been appointed to the LeadingAge Ohio board of directors.
Farrell also serves as administrator of The Trinity Community at Beavercreek. Her work has focused on clinical care, employee development and resident-centered services.
The appointment follows Farrell’s receipt of the 2025 LeadingAge Ohio Visionary Leadership Award of Honor, which recognizes leadership in services for older adults.
LeadingAge Ohio is a nonprofit trade association representing more than 400 long-term care, senior housing, hospice, healthcare and aging services organizations across the state.
“I am honored to serve on the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors,” Farrell said. “Throughout my career, I have been passionate about ensuring older adults receive exceptional care and support. I look forward to working alongside fellow board members to advance innovative solutions and strengthen the future of aging services.”
