Alive, Fit & Free Brings a Passion for Wellness to Touchtown Residents
NASHVILLE, TN—Touchtown, leaders in senior living technology and part of the Uniguest portfolio, announced its recent partnership with Alive, Fit & Free, a company that focuses on building a passionate community around wellness and living better for longer.
Alive, Fit & Free was founded in 2019 by Vickie Aigner with a goal to empower seniors to experience a life of wellness, adventure and connection, and offering virtual classes for any age and having the ability to be an on-the-go inclusive fitness program.
“We are excited to have Alive, Fit & Free partner with Touchtown to have fitness classes that can accommodate all of our senior residents,” said Mike Rethage, EVP of Uniguest Senior Living. “We want to connect our residents and build a community, and that includes providing inclusive programs.”
Having values that empower the senior community to achieve their dreams is “what makes our company a great fit for partnering with Touchtown,” said Sophie Aigner from Alive, Fit & Free. “We wanted to apply our passion for wellness to the resident engagement that Touchtown provides.”
Keeping senior living residents engaged is a priority at Touchtown, which is why learning about wellness and staying fit within resident communities will become easier with this partnership. Residents can pursue new hobbies by attending the workshops available on the Alive, Fit & Free website. The company also has programs that allow for virtual tours, so residents can experience the world right from home.
