Alive, Fit & Free Brings a Passion for Wellness to Touchtown Residents

NASHVILLE, TN—Touchtown, leaders in senior living technology and part of the Uniguest portfolio, announced its recent partnership with Alive, Fit & Free, a company that focuses on building a passionate community around wellness and living better for longer.

Alive, Fit & Free was founded in 2019 by Vickie Aigner with a goal to empower seniors to experience a life of wellness, adventure and connection, and offering virtual classes for any age and having the ability to be an on-the-go inclusive fitness program.
