Atlas Senior Living Rings in the New Year with Two Additional Communities

Birmingham-based Atlas Senior Living and Salta Capital are adding two new senior living communities in Alabama and Tennessee to their portfolios, bringing their total number of properties to 32. They closed today on January 13, 2022. Atlas will be the owner/operator of the communities.

The communities will be The Goldton at Athens in Athens, AL, and The Goldton at Spring Hill in Spring Hill, TN. The Athens community’s address is 22171 Traditions Way, Athens, AL 35613 and will offer independent and assisted living. The Spring Hill community’s address is 3056 Miles Johnson Parkway, Spring Hill, TN 37174 and will offer assisted living and memory care.

The Goldton at Athens is 75,824 square feet and 84 units total, comprising 12 independent living residences and 72 assisted living residences. The Goldton at Spring Hill is 66,395 square feet and 79 units total with 63 assisted living residences and 16 memory care residences.
