Barclay Friends Welcomes New Leadership Team Members

WEST CHESTER, PA — Barclay Friends, a Kendal affiliate, has announced in a press release the addition of two professionals to its leadership team: Kevin Gleason is now the new chief financial officer and Linda Barnum is now senior director of human resources.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Linda as the new senior director of human resources and Kevin as the new chief financial officer,” said CEO Maria Santangelo. “Linda brings a wealth of experience in fostering a positive, supportive work environment, which aligns beautifully with our mission to care for both residents and staff. Kevin’s expertise in financial stewardship will help us sustain and grow our services with responsibility and vision. We are excited to have both Linda and Kevin join the leadership team as we continue to enhance our commitment to exceptional care.”

Gleason brings over 30 years of financial expertise and leadership to Barclay Friends. As CFO, he oversees all financial aspects of the organization.

Barnum, meanwhile, has a wealth of experience in HR management and strategy. Her expertise will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive working environment and aligning HR practices with Barclay Friends’ mission and values. She oversees HR policies, programs, and practices at Barclay Friends.

Barclay Friends is a nonprofit Kendal affiliate offering residential living, memory care, personal care, and skilled nursing care.

Founded on Quaker principles and guided by its Values and Practices, the operating Kendal affiliates provide independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation care.
