BHI Senior Living Enters Affiliation Agreement with Westminster Village North

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — BHI Senior Living, which is headquartered in this city, has entered into an affiliation agreement with Westminster Village North, a senior living provider also located in Indianapolis. This new partnership, according to a press release, marks the fourth time in seven years that BHI has brought new communities into the corporation through affiliation or acquisition. BHI Senior Living and Westminster Village North, both nonprofit organizations, have long histories of providing high quality senior living, care, and services.
BHI has nine other retirement communities in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan; BHI also has two active-adult developments, one in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and the other in Columbus, Ohio.
“The senior living industry has seen a multitude of affiliations since 2015,” said BHI President/CEO John Dattilo. “Many companies are seeking the strength and financial stability provided by corporations such as BHI. Both companies benefit from the combined knowledge and expertise, as well as heightened purchasing power and the potential to share expenses.”
This affiliation is part of BHI’s plan for strategic growth in Indiana and throughout the region.

BHI Senior Living and Westminster Village North will spend the next several months planning the details of the affiliation.
