Ciel Senior Living is Now Managing Ciel of Shorewood

WINTER PARK, FL — Ciel Senior Living (pron. see EL) has announced in a press release that it has assumed management of HarborChase of Shorewood, which has been rebranded as Ciel of Shorewood.
Located near Milwaukee in Shorewood, Wisconsin, Ciel of Shorewood is the second community under Ciel’s management in partnership with CNL Healthcare Properties. With this addition, Ciel Senior Living now oversees 16 communities and more than 1,850 senior living units across 10 states.
Opened in 2015, Ciel of Shorewood spans 113,540 square feet and features a four-story, 59-unit assisted living neighborhood and a single-story, 41-unit memory care neighborhood. The community’s design blends natural elements with an urban lodge aesthetic.

Residents of Ciel of Shorewood will benefit from Connections by Ciel, a proprietary dementia care program launched in September 2023. This initiative equips team members with specialized training to support individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias. Additionally, Ciel provides Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) training for associates in memory care. Ciel also fosters strong partnerships with hospice, therapy, and pharmacy providers, ensuring a holistic approach to resident care.
