Claiborne Senior Living Hires Hanover and Reed in Key Roles at the Avaline at River Oaks

MEMPHIS, TN — Claiborne Senior Living has named Jeff Hanover executive director and Leslie Reed community relations director at its newest property, The Avaline at River Oaks, which will offer assisted living and memory care.
In his role, Hanover will oversee the overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of The Avaline at River Oaks. He has worked in assisted living and memory care for the past 12 years, serving first as an executive director then as regional business development before becoming a regional director of operations in Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Arkansas.
As the community relations director, Reed will be working with the community at large, prospective customers and families to provide a seamless move-in experience. With an impressive tenure of over 30 years in the senior living industry, having served in various capacities within sales and marketing, her experience will benefit the development of the community’s sales marketing presence.

The Avaline at River Oaks is currently undergoing an extensive renovation to enhance its facilities and services. The renovation, scheduled for completion in Summer 2024, aims to provide residents with an upgraded living experience that combines modern amenities with compassionate, professional care. The refurbishment includes redesigning living spaces, updating community areas and apartments, and integrating advanced health and wellness technologies.
