Covenant Living Names Prince Senior Vice President of Community Operations

SKOKIE, IL — Covenant Living Communities and Services, a nonprofit, faith-based senior living organization headquartered in this Chicago suburb, has announced the addition of Jay Prince as Senior Vice President, Community Operations.

Prince will work closely with leadership at Covenant Living’s Central Office and with top leadership at each of the organization’s 19 communities across the country with a main focus on operations, including dining services, facilities management, resident life, skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory support.

“Bringing Jay on board at Covenant Living gives us an added level of leadership and senior living experience to ensure our communities operate at the most successful levels and provide enhanced experiences for our residents and employees,” said Terri Cunliffe, Covenant Living President/CEO.

Prince brings experience in all facets of operations having spent 20 years in senior living and healthcare, for the past 10 years as President/CEO at a senior living community in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He has worked with for-profit and nonprofit organizations, single and multisite senior living communities, home health, and hospice businesses. Prince is also a previous board chair for LeadingAge Michigan.

Covenant Living Communities and Services is a nonprofit senior services provider serving 5,700 residents at 19 retirement communities in 10 states; it offers independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitation. Covenant Living is a ministry of the Evangelical Covenant Church and has been serving seniors since 1886.
