Emerald Heights Appoints Bloodworth Health Services Administrator

REDMOND, WA — Emerald Heights has named Jamilyn Bloodworth as its new health services administrator. In this role, Bloodworth serves as a key member of the leadership team and provides daily oversight of skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care for this life-plan community in this city 20 minutes northeast of Seattle. Her role also includes ensuring all local skilled-nursing regulations are consistently followed; coordinating a continuous quality improvement program; acting as liaison for the medical director and inspectors; maintaining contracts with healthcare providers; and monitoring financial performance.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jamilyn to the team, especially with our assisted living expansion project having recently broke ground,” said Executive Director Grant Linacre in a press release. “We know her talents will serve our residents well and will be vital to growing our community and welcoming new neighbors.”

Bloodworth comes to Emerald Heights with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare and senior living industry.
Emerald Heights, sponsored by Emerald Communities, is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) senior housing and services organization. The community is a Type A life-care community on 38 acres in the Education Hill area of Redmond with an on-site healthcare center providing assisted living, memory support, and Medicare-certified skilled-nursing care. The community provides residences, amenities, and services to people ages 55 and older.
