Emerald Heights Appoints Bossard Director of Human Resources

REDMOND, WA — Emerald Heights, a life plan community in Redmond, has named Mandy Bossard as its new Director of Human Resources. She will oversee the HR team, recruit and onboard new employees, lead trainings, administer employee benefit plans, create and implement employee recognition programs, and manage the employee lifecycle.

“Mandy has over a decade of human resource experience, which will be instrumental in providing expertise and support to our community,” stated Jo A. Hollis, Chief Human Resources Officer. “We are looking forward to having her on the Emerald Heights team. We know she will be an asset to our employees and residents alike.”

Bossard comes to Emerald Heights with more than 12 years of HR experience in both public and private sectors. Her specialties include recruitment, retention, and employee relations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Eastern Washington University, and she holds a Senior HR Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Located near Seattle, Emerald Heights is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) senior housing and services organization that provides programs to cultivate culture, vitality, and independence for residents 55 and older.
