Five Star Senior Living Announces the Completion of Extensive Renovation at Fieldstone Place in Clarksville, TN

The renovation also included a miniature putting green, a new community library and a beauty parlor.

For residents who need rehabilitation, Ageility Physical Therapy services are now available onsite in a brand new gym.
