Grace Management, Inc. Welcomes New National Director of Dining Services

Grace Management, Inc. welcomes new National Director of Dining Services Max Rasquinha to the expanding organization.
As National Director of Dining Services, Rasquinha provides direction, support, and training for dining services to all of Grace Management, Inc. senior living communities throughout the country.
“I am truly honored to be joining the Grace Management team and look forward to working with this passionate and dedicated team,” Rasquinha said. “I believe that the dining experience is a culmination of all the human senses, providing our residents the experience of great flavors, visual appeal, professionalism, ambiance, respect, and creativity.”
Rasquinha has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years. He has a degree in Administrative Management from the University of Houston and 17 years of successful restaurant management experience with the Pappas Restaurant group, Landry’s Hospitality, and Carlson Restaurants. In 2006, Rasquinha joined the senior living industry, as a Director of Dining Services, then eventually a Regional Director and Divisional Director. He has also served as an Executive Director and Area Director during his tenure in senior living.

Rasquinha resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas, enjoying time with his teenage son and his dog, travelling, and is an Astros baseball fan.
