Heritage Communities Strengthens Leadership Team to Support Continued Growth

OMAHA, NE — Heritage Communities has announced in a press release several leadership updates across its marketing, sales, human resources, and healthcare teams. These changes reflect the organization’s continued focus on responsible, sustained growth and its commitment to strengthening support for residents, families, and team members across all communities.

Heritage Communities has promoted Donna Aman to vice president of marketing, where she leads the development of the company’s overall marketing strategy, brand direction, and digital presence. She now guides the evolution of Heritage’s marketing approach, ensuring communities have strong support and that the brand continues to grow in visibility and impact.

Tina Cunningham has been promoted to vice president of sales overseeing company-wide sales efforts, supporting occupancy performance, and strengthening alignment between sales, operations, and marketing.
Aman and Cunningham lead their respective departments under the direction of Chief Marketing Officer Lacy Jungman.

Heritage also welcomes Stacey Follon as the new vice president of human resources. Bringing more than 20 years of HR leadership experience to her new role, she now oversees people and culture initiatives, employee engagement, leadership development, and programs that support Heritage’s commitment to being a great place to work and live.

In addition to these updates, Heritage Communities is advancing its healthcare leadership structure to support a growing portfolio and ensure consistent support for clinical teams throughout all communities. John Buckley has been named chief healthcare officer for Heritage Communities. Working closely with Jennifer Hellbusch, vice president of health services, Buckley will guide healthcare strategy and strengthen alignment across communities.

Easton Rutherford, meanwhile, has been named vice president of healthcare leadership. Her focus will be on developing and empowering healthcare leaders through improved coaching, connection, and collaboration. Rutherford works closely with clinical teams across all communities to provide consistent guidance and ensure that leaders feel supported and aligned with Heritage’s commitment to high-quality care.
These hires and promotions reflect Heritage Communities’ long-term vision: a growing organization supported by strong, aligned leadership teams who are committed to serving residents and supporting the people who care for them.
Based in this Nebraska city, Heritage Communities manages 19 communities throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Arizona, and Texas; 16 of these communities are owned and operated by Heritage, with two of them under management contract and one additional location in Nebraska currently in development. Heritage Communities employs more than 1,500 associates and cares for more than 1,600 residents.
