Holbrook Life, LLC Implements The MapHabit™ System Throughout Adult Living Portfolio

ATLANTA–Holbrook Life, LLC is proud to announce its agreement to provide MapHabit’s innovative software application at all Dogwood Forest and Holbrook adult living communities.

MapHabit™ is a patent-pending, visual mapping system built for cognitively impaired individuals, their caregivers and family members. The innovative system utilizes an integrated system of personalized maps that outline step-by-step instructions to reinforce routine habits and help individuals accomplish their activities of daily living. Further, MapHabit’s inclusive technology provides direct oversight to caregivers and facility managers as well as visibility to family members.

Recently named the First-Place winner of the Dementia Care Coordination Challenge sponsored by the National Institute on Aging, part of the National Institutes of Health, MapHabit™ will complement Holbrook Life’s industry leading service and product offering.

Holbrook develops, owns and manages active adult, enriched, and inspired living communities across the Southeast.
