Holleran Announces Several New Team Members

WRIGHTSVILLE, PA–Holleran, the nation’s premier community research and engagement consultancy focused on senior living and retirement providers, has announced the addition of five individuals to the organization.

Katelyn McCauley and Adam Kurtz have both accepted the role of Research Analyst and Project Manager. In these positions, Katelyn and Adam will conduct analysis of survey data and create custom research reports for senior living and health care organizations. Along with report writing, they will deliver presentations to stakeholder groups; making the intangible tangible – by telling the “story of the data.”

Katelyn brings vast experience in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, applied quantitative research methodologies, and survey development. Previously, she held the position of Senior Data Analyst at Unity Technologies Corporation. Prior to that role, she co-authored the undergraduate textbook for Research Design and Statistics for Kronos Consulting. Katelyn is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where she earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Psychological Science.

Adam joins the team with several years of project and personnel management experience. Responsible for outcome reporting, managing program operations and strategic planning for Pennsylvania Counseling Services, he grew his role from Therapeutic Support Staff to Program Administrator. Adam is a graduate of Albright College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology, minor in Anthropology.

Samuel Addey and Samantha Smith have both accepted the position of Research and Data Analyst. In these roles, Samuel and Samantha will conduct customized data analysis, construct key metric dashboards, and contribute to data management and quality processes.

Samuel has extensive knowledge of database management, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, data visualization, and data reporting. Previously, Samuel worked for PRO IS, Inc., where he performed modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured data. Prior to that role, he worked as a Data Analyst for Enterprise Life Insurance Company, in Accra, Ghana. Samuel received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics with Economics. Currently enrolled at Capitol Technology University, he is working to earn his Master of Technical Business Administration in Business Analytics and Data Science.

Samantha brings over five years of experience from the healthcare space. Previously having worked for York City Bureau of Health, Pennsylvania Department of Health-Bureau of Epidemiology, and UPMC Pinnacle Memorial, she has amassed knowledge of gathering and reporting local level health data, the collection, analysis, and interpretation of surveillance data, and monitoring key performance and quality indicators by collecting data and running reports. Samantha is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Public Health from The George Washington University.

Seth C. Anthony has accepted the new role of Director of Sales, Marketing & Business Development. In this position, Seth will lead Holleran’s sales and marketing team in attaining their business objectives. He comes to the firm with extensive marketing experience in the aging services space. Previously, he directed the communications efforts for Varsity, a boutique advertising agency with a focus on the mature market. Prior to that role, Seth was employed by the Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania, where he lead their digital media efforts. Seth is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He went on to earn a master’s degree in organizational management from Capella University.
