Jefferson’s Ferry Recognized with Industrywide Resident Satisfaction Award

SETAUKET, NY–Jefferson’s Ferry has earned a Community Choice Award for 2018 by Holleran Consulting, based on the high marks given to the not-for-profit Life Plan Community during its annual resident survey. Recognized as the gold standard in the senior living industry, the Community Choice Award recognizes Life Plan Communities that exceed national benchmarks for resident engagement and satisfaction. Holleran has the largest benchmark of senior living engagement scores by which campuses can compare performance relative to their peers.
