Juniper Communities Announces Two Key Leadership Promotions
July 10, 2024
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Juniper Communities has announced in a press release the promotion of two key senior leadership team members.
Chief Financial Officer Chuck Hastings assumes an expanded role as president in addition to his current responsibilities. Juniper founder/CEO/Board Chair Lynne S. Katzmann praised Hastings’ 27-year tenure at Juniper, partnering with her in steering the company through significant growth and transformation.
Katzmann will continue as CEO to drive strategic and business development activities as Hastings focuses on day-to-day operations and financial success.
“Chuck’s expertise in accounting, finance, and strategic acquisitions has been pivotal to Juniper’s evolution from a small company that leased skilled nursing communities to others, to a much larger and thriving portfolio that we manage ourselves,” remarked Katzmann. “His new dual role reflects our confidence in his leadership for the company’s future.”
Also, Amy Purcell has been appointed Vice President of Sales following her contributions over the past three years.
“Amy’s dedication to driving the customer experience in our communities and her role in fostering our company culture have been invaluable,” said Katzmann. “Her promotion is a testament to her achievements and our anticipation of her continued impact on Juniper’s success.”
