CARLSBAD, CA — Solstice Senior Living has announced the promotions of three leaders on its operations team, part of Solstice’s strategy to strengthen leadership and community management.
Nathan Mills has been promoted to senior vice president of operations from his previous role as vice president of operations. Mills joined Solstice in August 2018 with over a decade of experience in operations, marketing and sales. In his new role, Mills continues to have oversight in Solstice’s East and West regions. Under his leadership, the East region has achieved exceptional performance levels for six consecutive years. As SVP, he will focus on expanding his mentorship and enhancing business strategies for both regions.
Meanwhile, the company’s area executive director and executive director of Solstice at Apple Valley, Israel Regus, rises to regional director of operations for the West region. Regus reports to Mills. In his new role, Regus focuses on advancing regional performance and fostering strong community leadership.
Tasha Arlen, who continues to serve as executive director at Solstice at Columbia, has been promoted to area director of operations, overseeing operations at her own community as well as at Solstice Senior Living at Lee’s Summit and at Solstice Senior Living at Fenton in Missouri. Arlen also reports to Mills. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare management.
“We are so grateful for Nathan’s, Israel’s, and Tasha’s continued leadership at Solstice,” said Chief Operating Officer Steve Flynt. “Their ability to inspire and develop others, along with their commitment to operational excellence and exceptional resident experiences, is pivotal to our success. We look forward to the positive impact they will continue to have as we strive to be the leading senior living provider in the country.”
