LCS Announces Disaster and Crisis Support Team

Senior living communities experiencing a natural disaster, or other unforeseen crisis will benefit from aid provided from a newly formed Emergency Response Team. The latest offering from EverSafe 360°, an LCS Signature Experience, provides real-time assistance in a time of need for senior living communities managed by Life Care Services, an LCS Company.

Employees from the LCS corporate office and its managed communities volunteer their time to provide situation-ready support for communities experiencing an emergency or crisis. The team allocates resources to deliver real-time assistance, whether remotely or onsite. Their primary focus is backup staff relief, logistical aid, and situational leadership to support residents and staff during an emergency such as a hurricane, tornado, blizzard, forest fire, or flood.
The innovative program will also provide remote services, such as arranging travel and lodging for evacuations, staffing a crisis hotline, procuring necessary equipment, and performing resident check-ins.
