Miami Jewish Health Announces New Luxury Independent Senior Living Community

MIAMI, FL — Miami Jewish Health has announced in a press release the development of FiftyTwoNorth, which will be a new independent living community offering residents an upscale and active lifestyle with access to wellness and social events, all on one expansive campus. FiftyTwoNorth combines resort-style amenities and cultural experiences in the heart of Miami.
“For over 85 years, Miami Jewish Health has been dedicated to providing top-tier health and living services to South Floridians,” said President/CEO Jeffrey P. Freimark. “FiftyTwoNorth furthers our mission and will introduce a new independent living community that allows residents to embrace life to the fullest while giving them confidence for their future with a predictable monthly fee structure.”
Set amid more than 20 acres of greenery, FiftyTwoNorth will feature 192 residences in one 11-story and two 5-story buildings. Key community offerings, amenities, and services will include:
Wellness and Fitness: A state-of-the-art fitness center, walking trails, and holistic wellness programs to nurture physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Cultural and Social Experiences: A calendar of curated events, social gatherings, and educational offerings onsite, and scheduled excursions to Miami cultural, athletic, social, and culinary venues.
Gourmet Dining: Chef-prepared gourmet dining experiences, with a variety of culinary options catering to diverse tastes and dietary preferences including the Sky Lounge on the 11th floor.
FiftyTwoNorth will also be an inviting and diverse community inclusive of all faiths and backgrounds. It is expected to begin welcoming residents in 2028.
Additionally, FiftyTwoNorth provides residents curated daily activities to fulfill intellectual, cultural, physical, and social needs.
