New Sales Directors Announced at Abbey Delray and Abbey Delray South Communities

DELRAY BEACH, FL—Abbey Delray and Abbey Delray South senior living communities announced recent hires in the roles of sales director.

Alison Ross Tompkins, a former U.S. Army Reserve Officer, joined Abbey Delray as the community’s sales director. Tompkins is a seasoned professional in the senior living industry and came to Abbey Delray after an eight-year sales director tenure with a community in Virginia, where she received numerous sales achievement awards. Her sales experience includes 10 years in the real estate industry, where she also earned numerous awards and focused her expertise (in part) on properties in the 55+ real estate market.

Sharron Empson-Hart joined Abbey Delray South in the same role. She is a sales and marketing management professional with more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. and Europe, where she gained an enhanced understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity, as well as a fluency in French and conversational skills in Spanish, Italian and Russian. Empson-Hart has extensive experience in—and knowledge of—the senior living industry, having worked previously as an executive director at various communities in Connecticut and Florida.

Both women relayed their enthusiasm about their opportunities to work with the Abbey Delray and Abbey Delray South communities. “Being able to return to Florida and work in this beautiful community in Delray Beach is a wonderful way to begin the new year,” Tompkins said.
