New Senior Living Community Names Two New Directors And Opens Welcome Center

YARDLEY, Pa. (July 23, 2020) – Heartis Yardley Senior Living, an Integral Senior Living (ISL) community, has named Lisa M. Pflaumer as its Executive Director and Patrice Martin as its Director of Sales and Marketing. Currently under construction and scheduled to open late fall 2020, Heartis Yardley will be one of only 32 licensed assisted living and memory care communities in Pennsylvania.
With more than 25 years of executive experience in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors, Pflaumer’s career has always focused on service to others. Her passion for serving seniors and their families stems from the close relationship she had with her grandparents, who raised her from birth. Pflaumer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in history and politics from Drexel University, a Master of Public Administration degree from George Mason University, and certifications as a Personal Care Home Administrator and Assisted Living Residence Administrator.
Martin has specialized in senior living for the past six years and draws upon her extensive background in sales and marketing when connecting with future residents, families, and community partners. Her experience with residential, independent and assisted living communities allows her to work attentively with residents to help them find their perfect home. After several years of traveling, Martin returned to her native Bucks County to be near her family, raise her two children, and serve the community she loves.
