Silverwave Senior Living Management Firm Names Wehr Partner/COO

AUSTIN, TX — Silverwave, a senior living management firm based in this city, has announced the addition of industry veteran Frank Wehr as partner and chief operating officer.
Wehr has over 35 years of experience in the senior living industry, leading operations for highly respected operators and overseeing the acquisition and turnaround of more than 150 properties across the U.S.
Most recently, Wehr served as COO for Artis Senior Living where he led the growth of the assisted-living and memory-care portfolio from a single facility to a network of 27 locations across 11 states within a seven-year span. In that role, he refined operational systems and successfully led the team through pandemic operations, leading field and corporate support teams comprising 1,300 employees. Wehr was also the CEO at Rittenhouse Senior Living, and he founded Performance Senior Living.
