Solera Senior Living Now Operating The Willows at Raleigh

DENVER, CO — Solera Senior Living, an operator, developer and investor of next generation senior living communities across the U.S., announced in a press release that it now operating The Willows at Raleigh, an independent-living community in Raleigh, North Carolina, that was recently acquired by Focus Healthcare Properties.
The Willows offers 143 independent-living residences, with residents choosing between spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments that feature vaulted ceilings, full kitchens or kitchenettes, washers and dryers, daily check-in system, complimentary wi-fi and biweekly housekeeping. Amenities include a movie theater, dining room, bar, outdoor courtyard, salon, fitness center, activity room, transportation services, covered parking, concierge services, medical services, home health services, 24-hour emergency monitoring and response, and guest suites.

A sampling of the community’s life enrichment programs includes continuing education, intergenerational programming, fitness classes, spiritual programming, guest lecture series, card games, live entertainment, outings to cultural events, art classes, cooking demos, and wine tastings.

The Willows is the latest addition to Solera’s growing senior-living portfolio under the leadership of founder/CEO Adam Kaplan.
