KNOXVILLE, TN — Senior housing developer Solinity has named William H. Holly and John Moore as Partners in Development according to an announcement; they will spearhead investor relations in the growth of development and acquisition pipeline. With a $300 million pipeline for new development and community acquisitions in the southeastern United States, Holly and Moore will help lead Solinity Development’s expansion this year.

“We’re thrilled to welcome the seasoned expertise of William Holly and John Moore to the Solinity Development brand — taking our vision for hometown living and pipeline growth, and connecting with the right partners to bring these developments to life,” said founder/CEO Josh Crisp.

The development pipeline includes plans for multigenerational and mixed-use, age-friendly communities designed to meet the needs of the aging population. Intergenerational programming that brings young and old together to live and work with assistance in activities of daily living, coordination of healthcare services, and convenient access to hometown living, without being required to move far from loved ones.

With over three decades of industry experience, Holly began his career with the Codina Bush Group before holding executive roles at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2002, he founded Holly Real Estate, where he championed sustainable development, including Miami’s first green LEED-certified office building. He was recognized as the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007. Most recently, Holly served as founder of Patton Real Estate Group.

“Creating communities that serve and uplift people has always been at the heart of my work,” Holly said. “Partnering with Solinity Development allows me to bring decades of experience in transformative real estate to a project that truly matters — building places where aging adults can thrive, stay connected to their loved ones, and enjoy the dignity of hometown living. This is more than development; it’s about shaping the future of senior housing with purpose and vision.”

Additionally, Moore and Crisp refined a collaborative vision for the Hometown Living portfolio concept in 2019. With a background in multifamily housing, real estate, commercial development, consulting and deal structuring, Moore collaborated with Crisp for a seniors housing solution that drives quality care in a hometown setting. They conceptualized creating a secondary market senior living concept, which aims to scale and deliver housing and services in local hometown markets.

“We are enthusiastic to address the very real market gap by providing quality senior care with a hometown feel,” Moore said. “Our goals are to partner with strategic real estate and capital groups who share a passion and vision for delivering quality hometown living for aging adults.”

The strategic partnership of Solinity Development with Holly and Moore refines the go-to marketing strategy for development plans and future acquisitions, inviting potential investors to be part of the hometown model pipeline in seniors housing as well as additional multi-generational developments.
