Solstice Senior Living Promotes David Lors to VP of Sales and Marketing

CARLSBAD, CA — Solstice Senior Living has named 18-year senior living professional David Lors Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He previously served as Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Solstice, and he will now support the entire Solstice portfolio of communities.

“Since joining Solstice Senior Living in 2019, David has played a pivotal role in the immense success of our organization,” said Cristy Ballard, the company’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “David’s extensive knowledge of the senior living industry, coupled with his strong leadership skills and unwavering passion for caring for residents, makes him an invaluable asset to the Solstice team.”

During Lors’ tenure with Solstice Senior Living, the East region’s census surged from 76% to 96%. Prior to joining the Solstice team, he served as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Sunrise Senior Living for 14 years.
