Springfield Crossings Personal Care Welcomes New Executive Director

February 27, 2023

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA—Springfield resident Adrianne Stevens has stepped into a new role as executive director at Springfield Crossings Enhanced Senior Living. She brings more than 25 years of professional experience to the personal care community, including a history with senior living communities and other health care settings—including skilled nursing, mental health care and residential living.

Stevens’ new position at Springfield Crossings is a homecoming of sorts; she previously worked at the community for 14 years as a social worker and then as an administrator of social services. And, for Stevens, the adage “when you love what you do for a living, you’ll never work a day in your life” holds true.

“Helping people is my favorite thing to do,” she said. “Knowing that I am leading a team that can make such a difference in our residents’ lives is truly wonderful. The residents are at the heart of everything here, and when great people work together, magic happens.”

Stevens said she is especially pleased to see some familiar faces among the residents and staff, and is excited about the renovations currently underway at Springfield Crossings—namely, a new look for the dining room.

A licensed social worker with a bachelor’s degree in human performance management and a master’s degree in social work, Stevens is known for her character, dedication and outstanding commitment.

“Adrianne always makes time for each resident and is happy to lead her team by example—focused on respecting the dignity of Springfield Crossings’ residents and their unique personalities,” said Lauren Everett, vice president of senior living services at Marquis Health Consulting Services, which supports Springfield. “We welcome her back to Springfield and look forward to her contributions toward upholding the community as a desirable place to work and live.”

Outside of her career, Stevens enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband and their two adult sons. She is quick to add, “and playing with my dogs!” Stevens has a bulldog and two French mastiffs who are always ready for an energizing walk. She is looking into the benefits of pet therapy and would love to bring her seven month old puppy, Levi, to Springfield Crossings to meet some new friends.

At Springfield Crossings, residents enjoy a fulfilling, worry-free lifestyle with beautifully-appointed apartments, gourmet dining, on-site rehab care and an engaging mix of programming and activities. They also have access to the services they need, when they need them.
