SRI Management Welcomes Kim Hollingshed as Senior Director of Human Resources

SRI Management LLC, a highly personal, results-oriented senior living management company with more than 30 communities throughout the Southeast, announces the selection of Kim Hollingshed as its senior director of human resources. Bringing more than a decade of corporate HR experience, Hollingshed will oversee employee relations, performance management and corporate policy and procedures. Hollingshed’s diverse professional background and passion for creating a positive workplace makes her an ideal fit for the growing Tallahassee-based corporate headquarters.

Previously, Hollingshed held Human Resources positions for emerging and large, established companies in different industries. Her diverse background includes strategic human resource management and planning, performance management, federal and state law compliance, employee benefits management, employee wellness and safety, recruitment, training and development, and management coaching. In her new role, she is dedicated to achieving workforce excellence across all departments. Hollingshed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University.
