Surpass Senior Living Takes Over Management of Two Communities

DALLAS, TX — Surpass Senior Living has announced in a press release that it has taken over the management of The Gardens at Quail Springs in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Carrollton Gardens in the Dallas suburb of Carrollton.

Surpass Senior Living is a subsidiary of McFarlin Group, LLC, a Dallas-based private equity firm focused on the senior living industry who are the owners of the communities.

“This transition underscores our steadfast commitment to providing unparalleled care and enriching the lives of seniors,” says McFarlin Group President of Operations Jill Haselman. “We are excited for the opportunity to take on this expanded role and look forward to strengthening our relationships with the residents, families, and staff.”

Surpass Senior Living is enthusiastic about implementing upgrades to enhance the communities.

To celebrate these changes, each community will hold a Spring Fling grand reopening event for seniors and families in May. The elegant garden galas will feature guided community tours, raffles, door prizes, live entertainment, and refreshments.
