The Aspenwood Company Appoints Purchal Chief Financial Officer

HOUSTON, TX — The Aspenwood Company has announced the appointment of Terry Purchal as Chief Financial Officer. He brings a track record of extensive experience in senior living, healthcare, diversified private equity, and banking. He was previously CFO for The Legacy Senior Communities.
As The Aspenwood Company has expanded its operational portfolio by more than 63% in Q1 2024, Purchal oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Through its recent acquisitions in Houston and the greater Dallas area, along with the opening of The Village on Morehead in Charlotte, North Carolina, The Aspenwood Company has added more than 980 units as part of its strategic growth plan for 2024.
The Aspenwood Company is a Houston-based senior living hospitality firm providing independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care services. The company currently operates 20 communities across Texas, Arkansas, and North Carolina, with an upcoming expansion slated for a new community in Nashville, Tennessee, in early 2025.
