The Aspenwood Company Management Adds Four Senior Retirement Communities in North Texas

DALLAS, TX — The Aspenwood Company, a Texas-based senior residential management and operations company, has announced in a press release the acquisition of four retirement communities in North Texas.
The four new Aspenwood communities, operating under The Village on the Park brand, are located within the vibrant north Texas communities of Plano, Denton, and McKinney. Together, they contribute a collective total of 366 units to its expanding portfolio. Situated in affluent neighborhoods, these communities are strategically positioned amidst areas experiencing remarkable population growth.

The new Aspenwood Communities include:
- Village on the Park Plano (formerly Anthology of Plano), which is comprised of 92 assisted-living apartments.
- Village on the Park Denton (formerly Anthology of Denton), which is comprised of 107 apartments — 75 for assisted living and 32 for memory care.
- Village on the Park Stonebridge Ranch (formerly Anthology of Stonebridge Ranch) in McKinney is comprised of 107 apartments — 75 for assisted living and 32 for memory care.
- Village on the Park McKinney (formerly HarborChase of McKinney) is comprised of 60 apartments — 40 for assisted living and 20 for memory care.
Founded in 1996, Houston-based Aspenwood manages 20 luxury communities across Texas, Arkansas, and North Carolina, primarily operating under The Village and The Village on the Park brands. The Village on Morehead opened in Charlotte, North Carolina, in January 2024, and an additional community is slated to open in Nashville in 2025. The Aspenwood Company provides independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care services.
