Ward Exits AgeWell Solvere Living, Announces New Consultancy

NORTH PALM BEACH, FL – AgeWell Solvere Living, a senior living management company, has announced in a press release the departure of co-CEO and Solvere Living co-founder Kristin Kutac Ward, as she launches her new consultancy, Austera Group.

Ward will remain in her current role through the end of 2024 and then continue collaborating with AgeWell Solvere as a strategic advisor where future opportunities overlap.

With Austera Group, Ward will focus on community repositioning and performance improvement for underperforming properties. She was previously president/CEO of Solutions Advisors Group from 2009 to 2022. In her new capacity, Ward will maintain a close relationship with AgeWell Solvere, with the organization set to become one of Austera Group’s first clients.
