Watercrest Senior Living Group Presents Dana Ryder with the Watercrest Servant Leadership Award for Outstanding Service

VERO BEACH, FL–Watercrest Senior Living Group principals Marc Vorkapich, CEO, and Joan Williams, CFO, presented the Watercrest Servant Leadership award to Dana Ryder, executive director of Pelican Landing Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Ryder joined the Watercrest team in 2015 as community relations director of Pelican Landing, quickly advancing to the role of executive director having earned the admiration and respect of his residents, families, associates and partners.
The Watercrest Servant Leadership Award recognizes a team member who exemplifies the Watercrest mission ‘to welcome, to care, to serve,’ by championing a culture which nurtures relationships in the interest of acting as a trusted advisor.

As a Licensed ALF Administrator and Nationally Certified Dementia Practitioner, he leads with a diverse and well-rounded skillset focused on honoring and caring for seniors.
