Watercrest Senior Living Group Welcomes Award-Winning Leader Kristen Dalrick as Executive

VERO BEACH, FL–Watercrest Senior Living Group proudly announces Kristen Dalrick as executive director of Market Street Memory Care Residence East Lake, near Tampa, Fla. The 64-unit, state-of-the-art all memory-care community offers exceptional amenities, multi-sensory programming, innovative training, and world-class care for seniors living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Dalrick has earned widespread industry recognition for her successes in developing and leading high-performance teams to their full potential in a collaborative culture.  In 2017, she was honored with Argentum’s ‘Best of the Best’ award for Executive Director of the Year.

Dalrick entered senior living in 2005 as a caregiver, igniting her passion to serve seniors and inspiring her to quickly excel into the executive director role of an assisted living and memory care community, which she successfully led for seven years.  Throughout her 13 years in senior living, Dalrick additionally served in regional operations roles, a formal mentoring position and training facilitator all while maintaining and supporting highly engaged seniors and team members for fully occupied communities.
