VERO BEACH, FL–Watercress Senior Living Group proudly welcomes Michael Gall as Executive Director of the newly constructed Sage Park Assisted Living and Memory Care in Kissimmee, FL Gall is leading the community in welcoming residents to their brand-new home, offering upscale amenities, fine dining and exceptional care to the seniors of Osceola County.
A seasoned industry leader, Gall brings over 35 years of diverse business management experience in sales, marketing and senior living management, instilling a passion to provide the best quality of life possible for seniors.

In his twenty years in sales and marketing, Gall developed multi-faceted training programs and refined sales development, authoring the “Fishing Lake Referral,” an anecdotal guide to building business by referrals.
Gall honed his executive leadership skills for more than ten years in independent, assisted living, and memory care communities, earning multiple awards and recognition for his achievements. He served as Planning Chair for the Space Coast Alzheimer’s Association in 2009, received Top Individual Fundraiser for the organization in 2010 and was awarded the 2013 Holiday Retirement Touch of Excellence Award for Financial Performance.
As executive director of Sage Park Assisted Living and Memory Care, Gall will utilize his experience in establishing market presence and strengthening cohesive teams to ensure the care and well-being of all residents and their families.
