3 Florida Civitas Senior Living Communities Reveal Tentative Opening Dates

Fort Worth, TX-based operator Civitas Senior Living is announcing the tentative opening dates for its new communities in North Port, Port Orange, and Palm Coast, FL.
The community’s slated opening date is December 2021. The Gallery at North Port is a campus offering multiple levels of care for seniors with a three-story building including 79 independent living, 66 assisted living, and 24 memory care apartments as well as 28 independent living cottages nearby. The community also plans on offering over 300 activities and social events each month for residents to enjoy. In keeping with its name, The Gallery at North Port will regularly commission local artists to create thoughtful pieces for the community.
The assisted living and memory care community is slated to open January 2022. Community Relations Director, Kathy Rebholz, hosts monthly Alzheimer’s support groups for families in the Palm Coast and surrounding areas. She created the group meetings herself a year ago and now hosts them for The Azure.
The independent living, assisted living, and memory care community is slated to open March 2022. Upscale amenities and services unique to The Gallery include stunning views of Ashton Lake, a 100-inch movie theater with seating for 20-plus residents and guests, multiple indoor and outdoor dining options available in independent living including bistro dining, a bar with premium drinks available in independent living, a pool heated by geothermal energy, a unique key fob fitness system that tracks steps and connects to the on-site gym, and select covered parking and electric vehicle parking available.
