Pinnacle Living Promotes Willey to VP of Sales and Marketing

RICHMOND, VA — Pinnacle Living, a nonprofit provider of retirement living, has announced in a press release the promotion of Lindsay Willey to vice president of sales and marketing. Willey has been with the organization for three years, most recently serving as director of sales and marketing at WindsorMeade in Williamsburg, Virginia.
In her new role, she leads strategic sales and marketing initiatives across all Pinnacle Living communities, working closely with local teams to strengthen brand presence and increase occupancy.
“Lindsay’s proven leadership, creativity, and dedication to our mission have been key to WindsorMeade’s success,” said Laura Jones, senior vice president, operations, sales and marketing at Pinnacle Living. “We are excited to see her bring that same passion and vision to all our communities.”
Pinnacle Living, which is headquartered in this city and formerly known as Virginia United Methodist Homes, Inc., was founded in 1947 and began serving residents in 1948 as part of the church’s mission to serve seniors. Since then, it has grown from a single senior living community to six CCRCs across Virginia that offer independent living cottages, villas and apartments, assisted living suites, memory care suites, and private and semi-private health care rooms.
