WEST LINN, Ore. — Anthem Memory Care has appointed Lisa Rogers, BSN, RN-C, chief operating officer, overseeing operations across the company’s portfolio of memory care communities.
Her responsibilities will include quality and clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff development and resident care.
Rogers previously served as co-founder, president, chief clinical officer and risk management officer of a senior living management and development company. During a 40-year healthcare career, she has led initiatives focused on clinical outcomes, risk management and revenue performance, including improving the capture of level-of-care service fees.
“Her ability to strengthen systems, develop teams and keep resident care at the center of every decision will be invaluable as we continue to support families living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia,” Anthem Memory Care President Isaac Scott said.
“As COO, my focus will be on reinforcing the operational backbone that allows our clinical teams to do their best work,” Rogers said.
Rogers earned a B.S. in nursing from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa.
Based in West Linn, Anthem operates and develops memory care communities in 10 states.
