Donna Fuller-Archer Named Executive Director of The Springs at Carman Oaks

LAKE OSWEGO, OR—Donna Fuller-Archer has been appointed the executive director of The Springs at Carman Oaks in Lake Oswego, Oregon. She is responsible for all aspects of community operations, which provides independent living, assisted living and memory care services. Fuller-Archer brings over a decade of senior living experience to the role.

Most recently, Fuller-Archer served as administrator of Marjorie House Memory Care, a dementia care community in McMinnville, Oregon, where she worked for the past seven years. Fuller-Archer’s experience includes previously leading The Springs Living community in The Dalles, Oregon where she ran The Springs at Mill Creek for over five years as executive director.

“Donna was instrumental in developing the culture and success of The Springs at Mill Creek, and we’re thrilled to have her back with The Springs Living,” said Brenda Connelly, chief operating officer of The Springs Living. “Her energy and enthusiasm for prioritizing our residents and their families is unmatched.”

In addition to her professional experience in senior care that spans over a decade, Fuller-Archer also has personal experience with caregiving for her mother who suffers from dementia.
