FellowshipLIFE Launches Lifelong Learning Program with Fairleigh Dickinson University

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — FellowshipLIFE, a provider of life-plan communities in New Jersey, has announced the development of a lifelong learning program in partnership with Fairleigh Dickinson University. Kicking off at Fellowship Village in this city 20 or so miles west of Newark, the program brings world-class academics to the senior living community to teach stand-alone courses on various topics to residents of both Fellowship Village and the wider community. The first series of lectures are being offered as a complimentary service to residents, while members of the greater community are invited to sign up for a $25 fee.

Fairleigh Dickinson professors will visit Fellowship Village throughout the fall to deliver a series of lectures on a diverse range of topics, including Reform Movements and American History, Democratic Erosion, Supreme Court’s 2023 Term: Cases to Watch, The Supreme Court and Politics, Monuments and Patriotism, and Film Analysis.
“I am excited about our partnership with FellowshipLIFE and to see community members of all ages become empowered through their intellectual growth,” said Bruce Peabody, professor of political sciences and director of the Florham Institute for Lifelong Learning at Fairleigh Dickinson.
