Fleegle Rejoins Lifespace Communities as Executive Director at Beacon Hill

DALLAS, TX — Douglas “Doug” Fleegle has rejoined Lifespace Communities as Executive Director at Beacon Hill in Lombard, Illinois, 22 miles west of Chicago; he previously served as Executive Director at Lifespace’s Village on the Green from 2016 to 2019.

Fleegle has extensive executive-level leadership experience in senior living, health care, and human services. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of Las Ventanas, a HumanGood life plan community. He has also held leadership roles at Westminster Communities of Florida, Asbury Communities, and United Church Homes and Services.

“In addition to his years of effective operations management, [Doug’s] ability to engage team members creates an environment that encourages residents and team members to thrive,” said Andy Kazmierczak, Lifespace’s Regional Vice President, Operations.

“I enjoy connecting with residents and team members and supporting them in their endeavors,” Fleegle said in a press release. “I’ve also learned from the lived experiences and knowledge that residents have shared with me, as well as from the impressive people I’ve worked with over the years.”

Fleegle, who has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health, is currently pursuing his Executive Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation at Saint Francis University of Pennsylvania.
